The Doctors
Dr Anne Charteris MB BS [Sydney] is a practice principal doctor and has been an integral part of the practice since 1984. Dr Charteris specialises in women's health, age management and cosmetic medicine. She is involved in the Antenatal Shared Care program. As well as her busy general practice, Dr Charteris also performs a complete range of cosmetic medical injections* here in the surgery, as well as at clinics in Darlinghurst.
Hours: Mon 9am - 6pm, Tue 12pm - 3pm, Thur 9am - 6pm, Fri 9am - 1pm

Dr Maureen Boys BMed (Newc) DCH is a practice principal doctor and has been a part of the practice since 1992. Her area of particular interest is in child and adolescent health and Dr Boyd holds a Diploma in Child Health. Her other specialties are reproductive medicine and Dr Boyd is involved in the Antenatal Shared Care program. Based on demand at our clinic, Dr Boyd also performs cosmetic injections including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers*, by appointment.
Dr Jane Novotny joined the practice in 2002. She recently returned to Sydney after thirteen years in general practice in country NSW. Her interests lie in women's health and family medicine. She is also involved in the Antenatal Shared Care program.
Hours: Mon to Thur 8:30am - 5pm, Fri 8:30am - 12:30pm
Dr Vicki Lunn joined the practice in 2002 after practicing in the Leichardt area for many years. She has interests in paediatrics (holding a Diploma in Child Health), women's health, antenatal care, weight management and mental health.
Hours: Mon to Thur (session times vary)
Dr Michael Roberts joined the practice in June 2004 after working in general practice throughout Australia for many years. His interests include men's health, sexual health, sports medicine, travel medicine and mental health.
Hours: Tue to Fri 8:30am - 6pm and Sat mornings
Dr Carole Hungerford has practiced in Balmain for many years and specialises in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. She has recently published a book "Good Health In the 21st Century" (which is available at Brays Books and elsewhere).
Hours: Mon and Tue 9am - 4:30pm (new patients between 9am and 1pm, existing patients between 2pm and 4:30pm)
Dr Sarah Saw joined the practice in October 2006 and has previously practiced in various locations around Sydney. She has a special interest in dermatology (including various surgical procedures), mental health, women's health and paediatrics. She holds a Diploma in Child Health and is also involved in the Antenatal Shared Care Program.
Hours: Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri 9am - 6pm
Tue 9am - 1pm
Dr Simone Kooke is our newest addition to the practice. She has previously worked in Adelaide and various locations around Sydney and country NSW. Her interests include women's health, children's health, mental health, travel medicine and minor surgical procedures. She will also be participating in the Antenatal Shared Care program.
Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (excl Wed)
